The Office – Mailing Address Subscription Terms & Conditions
Effective Upon Payment

 By subscribing to The Office’s Mailing Address Membership, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Description

This subscription provides the right to use The Office’s physical address (111 S Walnut, Ripon) for:

• Business registration purposes (e.g., Google Business profile)

• Mailing and package delivery collection

This plan does NOT include access to the co-working space, conference room, or any physical areas of The Office.

2. Mail Handling

• You will be notified by text or email when mail or packages are received.

• You must coordinate with Emily Parker to schedule a time to collect your mail.

• Mail will not be forwarded.

• Items not collected within 30 days may be returned to sender or discarded unless prior arrangements are made.

3. Subscription & Payment

• The monthly fee is $50, auto-billed on the same day each month.

• Payments are non-refundable.

• Subscriptions may be canceled with 7 days' notice prior to the next billing cycle.

4. Proper Use of Address

• The address may only be used for lawful business purposes.

• You may list the address on your website, marketing materials, or business registration platforms like Google Business.

• You may not use the address to mislead, deceive, or impersonate another business or individual.

5. Termination

The Office reserves the right to terminate the subscription at any time for misuse, non-payment, or failure to follow these terms. In such cases, the business must promptly remove The Office’s address from all platforms.

6. Liability

The Office is not responsible for:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged mail or packages

• Delays in notification or pickup

• Any consequences resulting from the misuse of the mailing address

7. Updates

These terms may be updated at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes via email or written notice.
