The Office – Trial Week Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a Trial Week at The Office, the participant agrees to the following terms:

1. Trial Overview

• The Trial Week is a 7-day access period for potential members to experience The Office before committing to a full monthly membership.

• The cost is $100 and is non-refundable.

2. Membership Credit

• If the participant chooses to move forward with a monthly membership within 7 days of their trial ending, the $100 trial fee will be credited toward their first month’s membership.

• If no membership is purchased, the $100 will not be refunded or rolled over for future use.

3. Access & Use

• Trial participants may use all general co-working areas during normal business hours.

• Use of the private office and conference room is not included in the trial unless otherwise arranged.

• WiFi, printer access, and coffee bar are included.

4. Conduct & Expectations

• Participants must respect all other members, guests, and the space itself.

• No disruptive behavior, loud phone calls, or misuse of furniture/equipment.

• Children must be supervised at all times in designated areas.

5. Liability & Responsibility

• The Office is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

• Participants assume responsibility for any damage they cause during their trial period.

• Participants must abide by all posted rules and staff instructions.

6. Space Limitations

• Trial access is subject to availability and may be paused during high-traffic periods or private events.

• Space may be shared with other members and guests.

7. Right to Refuse Service

• The Office reserves the right to end a participant’s trial early for any behavior that is disruptive, inappropriate, or in violation of these terms.
