📄 The Office – Day Pass Terms & Conditions

Effective Upon Purchase

By purchasing a Day Pass to The Office, the guest agrees to the following terms:

1. Pass Overview

• A Day Pass provides access to The Office for one calendar day during regular business hours.

• The cost is $25 per day and is non-refundable.

• Access is limited to shared co-working areas (lounge, work tables, break room, coffee bar, WiFi, and printer).

2. Booking & Check-In

• Passes must be confirmed with Emily Parker before arrival.

3. Conduct & Use of Space

• Please respect other users, maintain a quiet and professional environment, and clean up after yourself.

• No smoking, vaping, or disruptive behavior is allowed.

• Children must be supervised at all times in designated areas.

4. Space Limitations

• Use of the private office is not included.

• Seating is first-come, first-served and may be limited during busy times or private events.

• Day Pass holders do not receive personal storage or mail privileges.

5. Liability

• The Office is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• Guests assume responsibility for their conduct and any damage caused.

6. Right to Refuse Access

The Office reserves the right to deny access or end a Day Pass early for misuse or violation of these terms.
